Put this way if your drive isn't BluRay then your comment is mute here. Adding BluR cost more money and most will not pay get this option.
So unless you yourself are willing to pay those that want it then by all means go ahead and then they can deal with BluR Recovery disk. And BluR media aren't cheap if you look around as well.
