Hp discontinued them a few years ago and now only makes the HP 35s.The two calculators are alike in some ways but in others they are very different. One is in keys the other is in memory. Some Hp 33 s programs will work on the Hp 35s without changing anything, others will not. The Hp 35 s does not have Polar to Rectangular or vice versa keys so this will alter the program language and the line numbers.
